Captain Ryan began boating at the age of nine on the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, with his grandfather. Since then, he has solo sailed over 5,000 nautical miles offshore throughout the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Captain Ryan has sailed into countless ports from New York to Key West to the Virgin Islands; Bahamas to Cuba, Hispaniola to Grenada, and everywhere in between. His experience owning numerous sailboats as a Caribbean cruiser has balanced his professional yachting career and resulted in him being the extremely competent, highly experienced Captain he is today.
Captain Ryan served in the US Navy where he studied engineering at the US Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. He is a man of service, whether serving his community or tending to his guests. Captain Ryan’s knowledge, experiences and entertaining stories set the tone for the most heartfelt and memorable sailing charter.
Captain Ryan has experience on vessels of all types and sizes, but holds a special place in his heart for traditional tall ships. He is also a sailing instructor and happy to share his knowledge with any interested passengers. As an experienced traveler and natural athlete, Captain Ryan thrives in wakeboarding, enjoys kiteboarding, wake surfing, spearfishing, freediving and scuba diving. Often referred to as “The Ambassador of Fun”, Captain Ryan will ensure guests will leave with memories to last a lifetime.

Lesli is a professionally trained yacht chef, completing her studies at the highly accredited Ashburton Chefs Academy in Ashburton, England and the Super Yacht Chef Academy in Cape Town, South Africa. She has 10 years of charter experience, cruising the majority of the Caribbean. Lesli uses locally sourced proteins and produce to provide guests with an authentic and elegant dining experience. As an avid world traveler, Lesli draws from her experiences by balancing flavors and creating artful, culturally rich plates. Whether it’s serving a fresh catch, hand-rolled pasta, or a decadent dessert dusted in real gold flakes, guest satisfaction is her main priority.
Lesli refers to the galley as the heart of the yacht. She wants her guests to step outside of their comfort zone to try food they've never had before, seeing the world from a different perspective. Lesli is very comfortable with special dietary needs and takes great pride in healthy recipes that pleasantly surprise the taste buds.
In her spare time, you can find her cooking, sailing, snorkeling, diving, surfing, hiking, traveling, instructing yoga, or picking up a good book.
