● SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $2,000, minimum 72 hour turn required on either side of charter dates for boat transit. Please inquire for availability
● MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5
● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.
● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
● HOLIDAY RATES:
2023 CHRISTMAS: Flat rate $25,500 Must end by December 26th.
2023 NEW YEARS: Flat rate $27,500 Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.
2024 CHRISTMAS: Flat rate $26,500 Must end by December 26th.
2024 NEW YEARS: Flat rate $29,500 Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.
● TURN AROUNDS:
48-hour turn arounds required - inquire for 24-hour turns; 24-hour turns when approved will incur a $250 fee for each one created
● ALL-INCLUSIVE RATE INCLUDES:
Meals & Beverages onboard
Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef/mate)
Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability)
Accommodation in private air-conditioned cabins each with an ensuite bathroom and
bedding, towels, and beach towels.

BVI cruising permits, customs fees, and taxes - to be paid by the Charterer at prior to embarking on vessel.

It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-25% of the total charter fee.
● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Beginning May 21, 2023 for all NEW bookings the Charter Fee does include the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the "BVI Fees").
If the Yacht is NOT allowed entry into the BVI, FOR ANY REASON, during the time of charter, the charter will take place in the USVI waters.
Captain Harry -
Harry hails from the north east of Scotland, and growing up on the shores of the freezing North Sea led him to pursue sunnier climes! After catching the travel bug working ski seasons in the French Alps, he decided to pursue a career in yachting. He has been working at sea for over 5 years, the last 2 as charter captain in the Mediterranean, mostly in Croatia. He has also sailed as far afield as the Maldives and Thailand, as well as completing an Atlantic crossing. He loves entertaining, whether that be shaking delicious cocktails, creating an awesome itinerary, or playing the guitar. He is excited for the upcoming season to provide excellent customer service in a safe manner for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Hey everyone my name Is Cole, I’m originally from New Braunfels Texas, and for the last 7 years I have been working in professional kitchens all throughout Texas and Colorado. learning and working with world class chefs from all around the world. Throughout that time I have grown an absolute love for food, drink, and great hospitality. I have a true passion for traveling, eating, discovering new ingredients and meeting new people. You can find me outside at any given time whether it’s gardening, foraging, snowboarding or swimming. When it comes to cooking and curating and awesome time, I hold myself to the highest standard possible and truly hope I can give you an experience you will never forget.
