Chef Karel Henderieckx:
Karel is a talented and passionate young chef with an impressive culinary track record. As a young twenty-something, Karel started training with several star chefs such as Nick Bril (The Jane) and Sergio Herman (Le Pristine), and until recently, was the chef of an Antwerp culinary hotspot (Osaka). As a young chef, he enjoys showing his gift for innovation and has a passion for fine dining. With his father and mother, who already have experience in the charter world, he is charting a new course as a team member of their crew.

Griet is an enthusiastic hobby chef with a passion for taste and sailing. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure high quality on board.
