Navigation
There are two anchorages possible nearby the Prickly Pear Island. The first one is on the Northwest side of Cactus Reef. This isolated anchorage does not get much visit from BVI yacht charters. The anchorage is protected from the wind by the small cliffs located there.
The second anchorage is under the Vixen Point, it is important to steer your charter yacht clear of the coral which runs out a fair way off the Western end of the point. There are mooring buoys set here and even a small dock to go ashore on the Island.
