Mathias comes with a passion for the sea and a wealth of experience on both sailing and motor yachts. Mathias brings strong skills in line handling, docking, anchoring, tender driving, and general yacht maintenance, paired with a proactive attitude and an eye for detail. Having sailed competitively since childhood and worked on yachts up to 30m, he combines technical expertise with a natural affinity for teamwork and adaptability. Mathias ensures smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences, whether on Mediterranean adventures or Caribbean charters.

DAYANA CESPEDES

2nd Stewardess

Dayana thrives in the fast-paced world of yachting, excelling in service, housekeeping, and event coordination. Her vibrant personality, strong work ethic, and fluency in both Spanish and English make her an asset to any crew and a favorite among guests. Whether crafting exquisite tablescapes, preparing specialty cocktails, or ensuring every detail of the interior is flawless, she approaches her work with professionalism and a smile. When not on duty, Isa enjoys fishing and navigating around, discovering new coastal destinations. Her goal is to continue growing in the yachting industry and eventually step into a Chief Stewardess role.

KENNY AWEKEYA

Engineer

Kenny is the engineer onboard, with eight years of experience at sea and a Y2 Unlimited License. Having worked his way up from an engine cadet, he brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to his role. His passion for football and movies adds a personal touch to his interactions with the crew. Known for his infectious smile and positive attitude, Kenny is dedicated to keeping everyone's spirits high and ensuring a great atmosphere while at sea.
