SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the
next morning and early start.
TURN AROUNDS: 48-hour turns are standard
HALF-BOARD OPTION: $150 discount per person

LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person

CAPTAIN: JAMES ELLWOOD
CHEF: ELLIE ARCHER
James, hails from England and has always had a love for the water.
This love took its first official steps when he achieved his PADI Junior Open Water Scuba Diver at age 10, progressing on to the professional PADI Divemaster he is today.
In 2015, James took up sailing at the Hartlepool Yacht Club, spending a great deal of time cruising the North Sea aboard the Black Diamond of Durham and partaking in numerous Tall Ship regattas.
In 2018 James became a RYA Yachtmaster and began his career as a professional captain.
Running vacations in the Mediterranean, James has taken guests on charter in Spain, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Montenegro. James has also undertaken many ocean deliveries, enjoying the tranquility of spending continuous weeks at sea.
More recently James has enjoyed the sailing and diving lifestyle that the Caribbean has to offer. He is committed to delivering that “awe and wonder” experience to all those that come aboard making sure they have a truly unforgettable vacation!
Having grown up in Australia, Ellie has always lived a life of adventure in the outdoors. She fondly recalls the many weekends of hikes and camping her friends and family would go on, and the adjoining activities such as kayaking and rock climbing that would occur.
Since childhood, Ellie always had a passion for showing love through food. Whether that meant bringing people together through a shared bite, or perhaps dropping off a sweet treat to brighten someone’s day, she knew how much a meal could mean to people. After a few years of travelling the world, Ellie, or known affectionately as “Archie” by her cheffing peers, decided to pursue her commercial cookery and patisserie qualifications. This led her to work for some of the most renowned restaurant groups and cafés in Melbourne, where her skills were able to exponentially skyrocket.
After having worked on yachts in both Europe and the Caribbean previously, Ellie knew it was her calling to come back to where she was able to combine her two loves of cooking and outdoor adventure. She loves welcoming guests on board and providing the best curated experience, not only cooking for guests but also taking them on water and onshore adventures. On charter, Ellie loves nothing more than to see clients genuinely enjoying themselves under her care, and understands that it's the small details that really make a trip memorable. You’ll wake with a sense of excitement, and end the day with a full belly and a mind full of memories.
With her and James’ enthusiasm and knowledge, they know that after a week with them their guests will leave having just experienced one of the best weeks of their lives.

Decadent layers of chargrilled portobello mushroom, pineapple, tomato relish, cheddar cheese and crispy lettuce on a fresh bagel
LUNCH
Summer shrimp salad
A light yet filling salad filled with fresh mango, cherry tomatoes, avocado, baby arugula and quinoa, tossed in a mango dressing and topped with marinated shrimp and feta.
Asian feast
A combination of light and fluffy bao buns filled with pickled cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, crispy shallots, spring onion, Karage fried chicken or fried sesame tofu, with hoisin and spicy aioli
Butternut squash, spinach and lentil lasagne
Fresh lasagne sheets filled with layers of butternut squash, spinach and lentils, ricotta and mozzarella, homemade tomato marinara sauce, served with a side of fresh green salad with Italian dressing
Ocean-caught fish tacos
Locally- (or boat!) caught fish, fried in a spiced batter and topped with chiffonade lettuce, pickled cucumber, fresh carrot, charred capsicum, corn and tomato salsa, drizzled with jalapeño mayo and a side of edamame
Rainbow rice bowl
Steaming lime cilantro rice, local sashimi, pickled vegetables, crispy garlic, avocado mousse, micro greens
Lobster rolls
Boat-made French roll, filled with grilled lobster and secret seasoning mix. Served beside a heirloom tomato salad, with red wine vinaigrette and basil
Spiced duck salad
Low and slow cooked duck leg, shredded and tossed in an Asian-style salad
DINNER
Chicken and capsicum enchiladas
A favourite of Ellie’s friends and family, these mouth-watering enchiladas are filled with a mix of chicken, capsicum, corn and beans, slathered in boat made enchilada sauce, 3 cheese mix, fresh coriander, and a side of smashed avocado and sour cream. These are not to be missed!

Medium rare filet mignon, potato dauphinoise, roasted seasonal vegetables, red wine jus

We just spent an incredible week aboard Tedavi exploring the BVI 🏝️‘s. Harry and Ellie were so easy to connect with, and they had a fun chill island vibe all week long.
After boarding Tedavi it took only a few minutes for Harry to ask us a couple of questions and then we had our route planned and it fit our group perfectly.
Ellie’s food was incredible, and Harry is a master mixologist. We felt like each meal was a dining experience and looked forward to sharing them together with rich flavors, smooth drinks, and a chill island ambience.
While providing this experience for us, Harry and Ellie kept our quarters clean every morning along with keeping the boat very clean. The layout on Tedavi is incredible and fun. Harry and Eli are professional, have a high level of pride in their work, are fun and personable, and have our highest recommendation.

We Will Never Forget
Harry and Ellie, last few hours on the yacht in the BVI, last amazing breakfast from Chef Ellie, and last cruise in from Captain Harry. We will never forget the way you both treated us and made us feel so at home. I’m beyond grateful for them. They were absolutely the best crew. If I could do it all over and pick my crew, it would be them.

Captain Harry made the entire trip exceptional. From celebrating a proper Scottish Burns Night, to fishing, water sports, and seamless itinerary planning, his attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel relaxed, safe, and completely taken care of.

6/5 star experience!! I would highly recommend chartering with Harry (captain) and Ellie (chef) on the Tedavi, anytime, no matter what kind of experience you are looking for because they will make sure you get exactly what you want!!

They kept our boat sparkling clean, fed us tons of amazing delicious food (that included all our faves), brought us to all the best spots around BVI, and truly gave us a one-of-a-kind experience. We cannot rave enough!
There are not sufficient words to describe how wonderful our experience just was on the Tedavi, a stunning 51-foot yacht crewed by the amazing captain Harry and chef Ellie, sailing for a week in the British Virgin Islands!
First, the crew: Harry is the consummate licensed captain, handling the boat superbly and going above and beyond those skills — knowing, as does Ellie, all the best spots for snorkeling, exploring, venturing on islands but also attending to any special requests and generally presenting a “your request is my command” attitude. Ellie’s unbelievable food is restaurant quality, every meal topping the previous one (and her desserts are insane; beg for her brownies!).
These two lovely people are also wonderful, fun company to be around, and they are truly what made the entire trip so wonderful. The Tedavi is a dream, too. So comfortable, so many different spots to relax and hang out, in shade or in sun. The beds are extremely comfortable, and you just pinch yourself the whole time, experiencing the lush life on this wonderful yacht with a superlative crew in the most beautiful Caribbean waters.

First, the crew: Harry is the consummate licensed captain, handling the boat superbly and going above and beyond those skills — knowing, as does Ellie, all the best spots for snorkeling, exploring, venturing on islands but also attending to any special requests and generally presenting a “your request is my command” attitude. Ellie’s unbelievable food is restaurant quality, every meal topping the previous one (and her desserts are insane; beg for her brownies!).
These two lovely people are also wonderful, fun company to be around, and they are truly what made the entire trip so wonderful. The Tedavi is a dream, too. So comfortable, so many different spots to relax and hang out, in shade or in sun. The beds are extremely comfortable, and you just pinch yourself the whole time, experiencing the lush life on this wonderful yacht with a superlative crew in the most beautiful Caribbean waters.

We had such an amazing trip aboard Tedavi!
The accommodations are what you would expect aboard a catamaran but what made it a notch above was the excellent service from captain Harry and first mate/chef Ellie.

Hands down, the absolute BEST vacation we've ever taken! There aren't enough words to describe how much we loved this experience with Captain Gordon and Chef Ellie. While the act of sailing and the views were amazing in the USVI, Gordon and Ellie truly made the experience SO special. We have traveled to many places and have never had food as delicious as the meals prepared by Ellie - and I mean that! Both Ellie and Gordon were so fun and easy to be around, it felt like we had known them both forever. Our group all agreed that it was the best, most relaxing vacation we've ever been on and we can't stop talking about it.
We definitely want to come back and would absolutely love to have Gordon and Ellie again. If they are unavailable, they surely have set the bar so very high for the next crew!
How is the yacht? Is she clean and well-maintained? Were your cabins comfortable? Was the
cockpit comfortable? Was there enough shade?
Tedavi was amazing. We had 3 couples on our trip
and felt like it was the perfect size for all 3; I think 4
might have been a little crowded. There was plenty of
shade. Gordon and Ellie did a phenomenal job of
keeping it clean - they scurried down to our cabins
after we got ready for the day and were so quick to
tidy up, we didn't even notice when they were down
there!
Did you use all the water toys? If you were diving, how did you like the area?
Yes - loved the toys, especially the new addition, the
e-foil! We had a fabulous dive instructor come on the
boat, Audrey, and I can't recommend her enough. It
was so nice being able to have a private dive on our
own boat instead of going out on a big boat with a
bunch of people. Audrey was a great teacher for our
friend that was interested in learning how to dive!

James and Ellie, this trip has been absolutely amazing. It has been apparent that every detail had been considered, and paired well with our interests. How is it possible that each day is better than the previous? Each meal better than the last? Every moment perfect and memorable? Because Ellie and James make it that way. Doing so with such ease and grace, I'm sure that living aboard with people you don't know for a week has to be overwhelming and challenging, but these guys have the love, joy and passion for hospitality. As my first time ever going to the BVI's it sure was the best it could ever be. the sailing was so much fun because we could just relax and like an hour later we were in the most calm and beautiful places. Also, the sea scooters were the most fun things I have done. I could not stop playing. Your new boat is amazing, the layout is different but we love it.

The Best Vacation We have Ever Gone On!
As the father and planner of our family vacations, it is always difficult to plan a trip that all four kids will love. We have been all over North America together and my wife and kids all say that THIS was the best vacation we have gone on.
On this trip we got to experience the Virgin Islands. This is experience was because of Heiko and Rebecca. My kids think that Heiko is a super hero. He took us to places in the ocean that were truly amazing. He taught us how to hold our breath for 1.5 minutes and free dive to 25 feet. He even found our lost phone at the bottom of the ocean. He is a real life Aquaman!
In all of our vacations we have never had such awesome eating experience and that was because of Rebecca! Every meal, every snack, every dessert were truly delicious. The whole family is asking if we can do this trip again but only if we can do it with Rebecca and Heiko!
They really made this trip truly special. We all now consider them friends and we WILL see them again.

To say Rebecca and Heiko exceeded expectations is an understatement. A nice boat is nice boat but the crew makes it special. These two are fantastic!
